We offer yoga classes in the Power Vinyasa Yoga tradition, linking powerful breath with the dynamic movements of the body. This series of flow cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It is an energetic practice that tones the entire body as well as disciplining the mind. The room is warmed to 90 degrees. Open to all levels and to all levels of students, these classes will leave you feeling light and open to possibilites.
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga
Founded by Baron Baptiste, this style of yoga is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga detoxifies, heals, and electrifies. This accessible, challenging, and flowing form of yoga will lead you to a state of transformation -- it will sculpt, tone and hone the muscles of your body and your mind." Classes are based on a structure of 53 asanas in 11 series within a 90 minute class. Within the consistency of this proven structure, there are many modifications and variations that serve the needs of all experience levels. Hour of Power
This high energy, 60 minute, power flow class is a condensed version of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga practice. Open to all levels of practice, this class includes hand balancing and inversions. Be prepared to move, sweat, stretch deeply, and have fun! The yoga studio is heated a comfortable 88-90 degrees.
Advanced Group Practice (Level 2-3)
Community oriented led practice time with teachers, students and everyone in between. Come learn more about yourself, your practice and fellowship with other yogis. This practice is a great way to get stronger, work on poses and laugh a lot. The teachers that lead our advanced practices join us from all different yoga styles, studios and cities. Encore Yoga
If you are 55 years or older and are new to yoga this 60-minutes class is designed for you. The room is slightly heated to 80 degrees and the practice focuses on strengthening, lengthening and improving balance. Based on Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga and using alignment techniques, you will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques that bring vitality and energy to your body. Anusara-Inspired Yoga
Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means "flowing with Grace," "going with the flow," "following your heart. Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara Yoga is a powerful hatha yoga system that unifies a Tantric philosophy of intrinsic Goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment. Anusara Yoga's remarkable popularity is due in large part to its uplifting philosophy, epitomized by a "celebration of the heart," that looks for the good in all people and all things. Consequently, students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honored for their unique differences, limitations, and talents. Power Vinyasa Basics
Basics classes are open to all levels of practitioners and focus on the elemental building blocks of the practice. Learn modifications to fit your body and your practice. You will be guided through practice with emphasis on building a solid foundation for this dynamic style of yoga. Basics classes are great for beginning students who want to break down poses and work at a slower pace. Advanced students have the opportunity to dive into the subtleties of the practice, as well as focus on breath and presence. Inspire and empower your practice on and off your mat. Basic is held every Thursday from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
Corporate Yoga Program
Our corporate program is offered in the quiet of your conference room, corporate gym or classroom setting. These class are designed for individuals at any level of physical health, while dressed in a normal business attire. Private Sessions
Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga sequence and poses are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the true power of yoga. Private Plus - Video Analysis
Ready to transform your practice with a full analysis of your practice. Just as coaches watch videos to analyze players, we found that a video analysis of poses give you new insight to to the action within your body. Your body is the mirror to your soul. If you are struggling with poses or have reoccurring injuries, let us document your practice. We will record your 60-minute practice, review the video, and develop a plan to bring you to optimal alignment. If you open a book, you’ll find picture perfect poses.
