Anusara Group Practice each Thursday from 4:30 - 6:15 pm

Are you ready for a Level 2-3 Practice? If so join a list of guest teachers each Thursday for a practice with no limits.

Are you ready to take your practice to the limit. Join Gnell Price and the Breath and Body Yoga staff as we move through an incredible 2 hour group practice. Everyone will have a mat and we will teach a new sequences, level 2 and 3 poses and really share the love of the practice with music, laughter and lightness. This practice kicks off the new Anusara Advanced Group practice that begins in January. Every Thursday 4:30-6:15, a different Anusara-Inspired or Certified teacher will teach a group practice. Anusara celebrates community and an Anusara Group Practice is the perfect way to celebrate the Austin yoga community.

Practice to a Live DJ- Detox Yoga with DJ Ozone

Ready to get your groove on? We are practicing to the sounds of DJ Ozone the third Thursday of every month.

Austin is the live music capitol of the world and we are join in the celebration. Join the staff of Breath and Body Yoga every third Thursday for this incredible opportunity to practice to a live DJ. Dj Ozone turns up the music and mixes our favorite music during this 90 minute practice. This is the time to get crazy and celebrate your practice. Bring your friends and break loose on your mat!

Free Kosmic Kombucha is served afterwards.

Experiencing and teaching energetic anatomy within the Baptiste sequence and methodology this lecture and practice will give you a basic understanding of the chakras and how to apply that understanding to practical yoga instruction.

First we will detail lecture on Friday night from 6:30 pm -9:30 pm. This lecture will give you a basic understanding of the chakras and how they apply to basic yoga instruction. We will detail how the Journey Into Power sequence intelligently follows the chakra system and discover new ways to bring new depth to your teaching without sacrificing sequencing integrity. All levels of students and teachers welcome

On Saturday, Feb 18 from 2:00 - 5:30pm join us for 3.5 hours of deep, soulful energy work as we journey through all seven chakras. The introduction will include a short lecture on energetic anatomy and the chakra system, followed by a comprehensive travel through the body - through yoga. An extra sensory experience on all levels - sight, sound, scent, movement and transformation.

Based on the teachings of Brooke Hamblet Hinkle, Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, Carolyn Myss, and Anodea Judith. Join us and connect, unravel and rebuild like never before. Open to all levels.

We offer you one on one and group support in the day in and day out details, issues, and challenges to set you up for success in your career as a yoga teacher.
