Are you ready for a transformation in your life?

Exhale and let go. And then inhale. As the new air draws inward, you are bringing fresh oxygen and new life into your body. In yoga we call this prana. Feel the calming and the stillness with just one breath.

Prana is so much more than the breath. It is the energy of life and is part of all things living. Prana lives in the air, water, sky, trees, hillsides and the food we eat. When we focus our attention to all things that bring us life, we bring the necessary energy into the body that allows us live at our full potential.

Breath and Body Yoga, Austin’s premiere flow yoga studio, now offers monthly bootcamps in the foothills of the Blanco River valley. Treat yourself to a bootcamp that includes yoga, meditation, healthy cooking and let the transformation begin. Come back to the simple life and allow yourself every opportunity to learn, grow, relax, renew and discover the true power inside of you.


Agenda:

8:00 am Check in: Meet and greet with Desirae, Shana and Cynthia. You will be greated by the BBY team with fresh juice, fruit and tea. Be prepared to talk an hour stroll through the farm. We will set out intention for the day.

8:30 am: Silent walk through the farm

9:00 am: Yoga Practice with Desirae, Shana and Cynthia will assist. Wear yoga clothes and we will practice in the open air yoga studio in the middle of the field.

10:30 am: Guided Meditation listening to nature with Desirae

11:00 am: Reading & Dharma Talk: Identifying the Resistance within with Desirae

12:00 noon: Nutritional Discussion & Vegan/Organic Lunch made by Cynthia

1:30 pm: Simple Living with the Farm with Shana. We will feed the baby goats, collect eggs, comb the llamas visit with natures animals.

2:30 pm: Reading & Dharma Talk: How to change behaviors

3:30 pm: Core Power Workout

4:30 pm: Walk to Secret Swing

5:30 pm: Yoga Practice focusing on hip openers

7:00 pm: Meditation to the setting sun

7:30 pm: Dinner & Sun Set

9:00 pm: Departure

What to bring?
This is simple, yourself, a yoga mat, and a change of clothes, swim suit, hiking boots, hat, camera, water bottle.

What is a bootcamp?

We could all be living a much more peaceful and healthier life if we took the time to discover the strength of our bodies and compassion in our hearts.
