Class 1: 60-Minute Baptiste Power Yoga Flow
Power Hour Lunch Flow
If you have practiced at Breath and Body Yoga these classes are perfect for you. They are fun and the easily flow through the Baptiste sequence. This first class is only 60-minutes. Have a mat, towel and bottle of water available.

Class 2: 75- Minute Baptiste Power Yoga Flow
Morning Flow
If you have knowledge of the Sun Saluations, the Warrior Series, Triangle Series, Standing balancing poses, backbending and hips openers, this a great download for you. This class will flow you for 75-minutes.

Class 3: 90- Minute Baptiste Power Yoga Flow
Full 90-Minute Power Yoga Class
Here is a full 90-minute class. If you have knowledge of the Sun Saluations, the Warrior Series, Triangle Series, Standing balancing poses, backbending and hips openers, this a great download for you. This class will flow you for 90-minutes.
