*NEW Autopay Policies
For the 2013 new year we are establishing new Auto Pay Membership policies in order to simplify and better serve you. Please note the changes and additions below to the Auto Pay Membership.
Automatic Monthly Renewal: Renewal terms may be cancelled after the first three months provided the client give the studio 15 days notice in written/email form. It is also understood that the studio has the option to increase the monthly renewal dues at any time during the renewal period. The client will be given prior notice to any change.
Freeze Options: Freezes are permitted only after the initial 3 month commitment has been fulfilled. Only one freeze is allowed per six months. The minimum duration allowed is 3 weeks with a maximum duration of up to 3 months. There is a $10 Freeze Fee. This will freeze your payments while you may be out of town. Once the freeze period is over, your monthly payments will resume. Please note that the freeze may shift your Auto-Renew series billing date once reactivated. Notify the studio 15 days before you would like the freeze to begin.
Injuries: If you become injured during your commitment time, you can freeze your program while you are recovering (this freeze will not be counted against your one time freeze above).
Early Buyout: If at anytime you wish to terminate your contract before you reach the three month commitment, you can buy out of it by paying a $50 termination fee. A completed Early Buyout form must be submitted to complete the termination. This fee will be charged to your card on file.
