Join Desirae at RunTex now every Saturday morning for a special one hour class designed just for runners. Breath and Body Yoga is more than just a yoga studio. It is a community that believes in sharing knowledge, love and health. We are so lucky. Paul Carrozza is hosting a yoga class every Saturday to promote "Yoga for Runners" and we are teaching. This class is designed especially for the running community.
Are you ready to begin your quest to be your best and live life to your fullest potential? It all begins with breath. When we breath fully we live fully. And this is the reason why running and yoga go hand-in-hand. RunTex knows this and is proud to offer an amazing Yoga for Runners classes. This practice is designed specially for runners to boost performance and complement your routine. Runners typically suffer from overusing certain muscles which cause shin splints, tightness in the body, shortened hamstrings and sketalal imbalances. Yoga brings balance to the body by opening and lengthening muscles. Yoga allows you to gain strength and flexibility by opening every muscle, joint and ligaments in the body. Your body is for life. Discover what you can do for you.
