Application for B&BY Teacher Training

Namaste

If you have landed on this web page, then you have taken the first step to sharing the gift of yoga. This is not your ordinary yoga teacher training. This is an opportunity to make real transformative change happen. We invite you also to join a group of committed students for some intense time to reflect and learn how the power of yoga can facilitate change for you. If you live in the Austin area, come experience Power Vinyasa Yoga. Other than that, you just need to bring an open mind and an adventurous spirit. Expect to have an in-depth yoga experience, which is the place yoga knowledge originates. You should have practiced yoga for a full year prior to applying for this training. This Yoga Teacher training is not just about presenting and memorizing information. This is an exclusive opportunity for transformative growth. You will hone the skills necessary towards sharing your practice with others! At the end of the training you will feel amazing, strong, open, peaceful, and calm. We look forward to meeting you. Feel free to approach us anytime, email info@breathandbodyyoga.com or call the Breath and Body Yoga studio at 512-3741021.

Breath and Body Yoga will host two open houses and share the agenda, full details and answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Power Vinyasa Teacher Training Open House: Sunday, July 13th, noon - 1:00 pm & Sunday, August 17th, noon - 1:00 pm
