Inside of every yoga pose there are so much more than just the shape. There is a series of actions that lead to the alignment. When aligned, there is so much possibility. Come learn the benefits, the amplifications, the modifications, the breath cues and the purpose of each pose. Yoga poses are powerful medicine for the body, mind and spirit. Yoga poses can be practiced for the remainder of ones’ life. In this workshop, we will break down the base sequence poses that include the following standing balancing poses, twists, backbends and hip openers. This weekend is perfect for the new student or the student wanting the study the depth and benefits of each pose. Come join Desirae for a weekend of workshopping the base poses of the powerful Breath and Body Yoga sequence.

Schedule: (20 Hour Module)

April 22, 2020 / Wednesday Evening 6:30 - 7:30 pm Skype

Each weekend includes, Wednesday evening check in via Skype. Homework and reading assignment and any prep materials will be sent out and discussed on Wednesday night session. Asana, practice, meditation and workshopping is included for each weekend session.

April 24, Friday 4:30 - 9:30 (5-Hours)
April 25, Saturday 12:00 - 6:00 pm (6-Hours)
April 26, Sunday 12:00 - 4:00 pm (4-Hours)

Part of the Teacher Training Track: 200-Hour & 300-Hour

Open to the Public: Weekend Cost: $350 (non-members) / $325 (members)

Yoga Alliance Certifications Available with 200 or 300 Completed Hours.
