Breath and Body Yoga and Yoga Alliance, 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher
Jen earned her 200-hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance in 2014 after completing the teacher training program at Breath and Body Yoga. She sought out yoga as a clearing from her demanding work life and was immediately hooked. She credits her practice for giving her the strength and determination to pinpoint her passions which are nutrition and wellness. When Jen is not on her mat, she can be found at the farmer’s market scoping out the season’s produce.
