Breath and Body Yoga Teacher 200-Hour RYT
Corrina began doing yoga as a way to complement marathon training while studying at Tufts University in Medford, MA. After graduating with a degree in Psychology and Art History, Corrina moved around a lot (including almost two years living on the beach in Mexico), and yoga has provided her comfort, clarity, and inspiration through the challenges and victories along the way.
After arriving in Austin, Corrina searched for a yoga studio that felt right and found her home in the warm community of Breath and Body Yoga. The intensity of the practice combined with constant inquiry allowed her to grow her practice and discover new depths. She completed her 200-hour RYT certification in Winter 2014 and is excited to bring this powerful tool for self-discovery to others and be part of their journeys. She enjoys bringing a playfulness and ease to her classes while focusing on alignment and taking poses somewhere new.
Corrina works for non-profit mentoring organization Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Customer Relations Supervisor and when she is not doing yoga, she can be found running, taking painting classes, and sampling tacos around Austin.
