Andy started her yoga practice more than 15 years ago to counter the tightening results of running.  She knew she was on to something when her mother said, “I can tell the difference in your voice on the days you practice yoga and the days you don’t”.  She discovered power vinyasa in 2004 and saw the transformational benefits on both mind and body.  As a teacher, she hopes to inspire others to discover their own power both on and off the mat.  Andy also enjoys spending time with her family, running, cooking, making people laugh, and fueling her green juice addiction. Andy completed her 200-Hour Power Vinyasa Yoga certification in December 2014.
