200- Hour & 300 - Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Breath and Body Yoga and Yoga Alliance

Yoga came into Jenna’s life as a personal challenge to practice hot yoga everyday for two weeks. She began to notice significant improvements in her health, mind, and body shortly after.  For Jenna, yoga is about inner changes and awareness.  Her practice is a time to put everything else on hold, connect to her inner being, and to fully embody presence.  The heightened awareness she experiences through her practice is what continues to draw her to her mat everyday.  Jenna’s passion is to share her enthusiasm for yoga and the impact it has had on her life, in hopes of continuing this positive effect among others. If Jenna is not on her mat, you will find her out and about with the loves of her life, her two Pekingese rescues.

Certified 200-hour RYT in 2014 through Sumits Hot Yoga, Scottsdale, AZ, Pre/ Postnatal Yoga and Energetics in 2015 with Bridget Boland and Lauren Wessinger, and is currently undergoing her 500-hour RYT at Breath and Body Yoga with Desirae Pierce.
