Arm Balancing empowers you by strengthening your core, arms and balance. 

Join Shannon Hatfield for a 2-hour workshop aimed at taking your practice into your own hands. We will move, sweat, break down some of the most common arm balances and play with a few more exotic options and transitions. This workshop will help break down the architecture and bio-mechanics of arm balancing so that you can gracefully incorporate these postures into your practice.
