Breath and Body Yoga Teacher

Ela is a yoga instructor newly transplanted in Austin from NYC. In New York, Ela worked as a full time yoga instructor all over Manhattan, including Lyons Den Power Yoga and New York Health and Racquet Club. She has a plethora of experience teaching private lessons, group classes, and workshops. She completed her first 200 hour training  through Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago in 2015. Later in 2017, she completed the Baptiste Institute Level 1 program and worked to assist a 200 hour training at Lyons Den. She has also been a part of several ‘Level Up’ and mentoring programs with Bethany Lyons.

She is vibrant, full of energy, and bursting to share her knowledge with her students. Ela fell in love with yoga’s mind body connection, and attributes the practice with helping her overcome issues with depression, and anxiety. Now, her time on the mat is as much play as therapy.

Ela encourages her students to find inner strength and empowerment. Her teaching demonstrates the importance of perseverance and firing forward both mentally and physically. She strives to motivate practitioners to live authentically and take yogic principles off their mat and into their daily lives. Whether it’s your first time on your mat or you're a seasoned yogi, her classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels, providing beginner modifications and advance variations.
