Empowering others with the power of breath and body yoga:

200-Hour Power Vinyasa

Daytime Teacher Training

September 10, 2019 - January 23, 2020

There comes a time in our lives where we decide to strive for more, more life, more connection, more truth. We look at creating change and inspiring others. In 2005 a yoga teacher whispered in my ear, “You should consider teacher training.” Those five words changed my life forever. I was in search for my purpose in life. I was in search for love, happiness and joy. So I took the leap of faith and it was the best decision of my life. Teacher Training gave me the tools to live the life I wanted. It gave me the tools to step beyond fear and go after what I wanted in life: to serve at a bigger level. I left the corporate world, moved back to Austin and opened Breath and Body Yoga in 2006. Let’s start this conversation now. If you have practiced yoga for a year or more and ready to deepen every aspect of your life, this training is for you. The schedule and details are below. This is your opportunity to step onto a new plateau of your life. Ready to inspire others. Ready to live freely, if so, this training is for you.
