Gray has always had a love of movement, serenity, and balance. She discovered yoga at Breath and Body Yoga as the most dynamic way to practice these principles while cultivating resilience, strength, and determination both on and off her mat. As her personal practice began to positively affect her daily life, professional career, and personal relationships, Gray wanted to share the power and benefits of yoga with the community. Having attained her 200-hour RYT, she is excited to guide individuals of all levels and backgrounds through the physical and metaphysical experience that becomes possible each time a student steps on to their mat.
