Diana first revealed her passion for body awareness and athleticism at the age of three, when she began dancing and joined a local gymnastic team. By the age of 10, Diana continued her career in Dance as well as starting a new journey down the pathway of Springboard and Platform Diving. In 2009, Diana left the world of Dance behind to Dive collegiately for the University of Texas, Austin. During these four years Diana was named 2-time All American, and MVP in 2011-2012. During her Athletic Career, Diana attributed much of her advance diving skills and success to her keen sense of body awareness and flexibility. In 2012, Diana fell in love with Power Vinyasa At this time she discovered that yoga was an empowering way to challenge her and maintain the qualities of body awareness and athleticism that she so deeply valued. In her practice Diana feels empowered by the connectedness of her body and breath and her continuous growing edge. Diana Completed her 200 RYT certification at Breath and Body in December 2013. Diana is inspired and excited to share with those around her the challenging and empowering aspects of Power Vinyasa Flow. Diana integrates exciting inversions and arm balances with the strength, flexibility, breath, and fluidity of the dynamic alignment based Vinyasa.
