Art of Teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga

There is a reason why yoga has struck a cord deep in your soul. It’s the practice of breath with movement. But is was also a teacher at one point, that communicated exactly what you needed to hear. From there, your yoga practice blossomed. Teaching yoga is a skill, just as practicing. We have developed “teacher power tools” that empower the teacher and student. We will teach you first to “listen” to how your words are landing. We will teach you to create success, practice your words forward, teach point to point. Other teacher trainings, teach you all about the poses and then you are left to practice teach with other students. In this four part series, you will learn to teach to an individual, a group, teach workshops, demonstrations and truly lead students. Teacher development is paramount to the development of a yoga student. Feedback is important. If you are ready to really deepen your yoga practice, teach yoga. This is a super fun component of the Art of Series. This will give you the tools to teach powerfully and confidently.
