Desirae dedicated over eight years to collaborating with the University of Texas's athletic departments, serving as the primary yoga instructor for the baseball, volleyball, softball, and golf teams.

Focusing on enhancing athletes' strength, Desirae emphasized the importance of balance and flexibility in her training. Recognizing the significance of yoga for recovery, she drew inspiration from Baron Baptiste, her teacher. In the late 1990’s Baptiste had developed the Power Vinyasa style specifically for the Philadelphia Eagles, emphasizing flexibility training to complement athletes' strength. This approach fosters the development of healthy muscle tissue, ultimately contributing to athletes' optimal performance when they are in peak physical condition.

If you are ready to take your team to the next level, email Desirae and she can set your team up for success.
