Welcome to Austin's Premier Flow yoga studio. If you are ready to make a change to your life, this yoga practice is for you. We offer over 30 group classes weekly including a Basics class, Baptiste Power Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Encore Yoga and Pilates.
Can't make it into the studio? We offer online MP3 classes as well as online videos of our powerful Baptiste Power Yoga.
Ready to become a certified yoga teacher? Our teacher training program is world-class. We offer both a 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Alliance Approved training starting in January 2012.

That's right, we are headed to the beaches of Costa Rica June 20-24th.This 4 night/5 day retreat includes daily power vinyasa yoga with Desirae Pierce, meditation, two fresh meals daily and peaceful beaches, surf lessons among other excursions. This is not a training, it's a vacation with a group of peaceful yogis. Surfing is on my bucket list! And now is the time to start checking those items off the list. Come play in the sun and surf. Detox Yoga is now 2x a month every month
